From intimate dinner parties to large conferences and corporate gatherings, we have the ideal space for you – accompanied by beautiful views, up-to-date technology, and knowledgeable staff. The elegant, stately, and state-of-the-art Founders Hall in the Lumen Vitae University Center can host hundreds of guests during various private and public functions and overlooks the majestic Missouri River Valley.

The elegant Breton Salon, in the lower level of the Lumen Vitae University Center, is a spacious private dining area with quick access to the Apple Creek Gallery and Deichert Family Board Room across the hall.

The Deichert Family Board Room is steps away from the Hospitality Center’s Breton Salon, which is located in the lower level of the Lumen Vitae University Center.

The technologically equipped Apple Creek Gallery, located just steps away from the Hospitality Center’s Breton Salon in the lower level of the Lumen Vitae University Center, invites guests to celebrate North Dakota’s Native American history with wet-plate photos from Shane Balkowitsch.

The technologically equipped and horseshoe-shaped Harold Schafer Leadership Center Boardroom, with its wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows, accommodates a large contingent of guests as it overlooks the expansive and majestic Missouri River Valley.

The Great Room, adjacent to the Harold Schafer Leadership Center Boardroom, has space for dining, meetings, and lounging among guests while honoring its namesake and North Dakota entrepreneur Harold Schafer with his memorabilia.

Chick’s Place allows for various types of gatherings and events. People can sit and dine or mingle at stand-up tables overlooking the majestic Missouri River Valley through wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows.

Founders Hall

Founders Hall honors the courageous and generous founders of the University of Mary, the Benedictine Sisters of Annunciation Monastery. With cherry burl wood accents, a coffered ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling self-tinting windows, this space is ideal for large conferences, dinners, and corporate gatherings – inviting guests to witness the breathtaking view of the Missouri River.

With the flexibility to open or close a divider wall, a bar area, and adjustable seating arrangements, this space can be configured to accommodate your unique event.
